Maman de deux

I went to Carraba’s last night with two friends, Jen & Amy, that I’ve never been out with sans kiddo’s. It was soooo fun, we scarfed our food (unfortunate side effect of being a mom of little ones), after we finished we realized that we could just sit around an talk leisurly for an hour or so. So we swaped stories of how we met our hubbies, what our parents/in-laws are like, potty training, breast feeding and all the other little things that go with that. It was just a nice relaxing night to enjoy the company of two women who know where I’m at, cause they’re there too.

No Impact Man

Our church talked about a christian’s standpoint on the environment not too long ago, it made me think about it in a fresh not so libral nazi kinda way…any way found this sight while snooping around and thought it was pretty cool. The premis is one guy trying to live one year without making an environmental impact. This means no trash, no emissions, no packaging on their food, no electricity so forth and so on. By the way he and his wife have a two year old and a dog, I don’t see how he does it. www.noimpactman.typepage.com
