Stupid Tandoor!

We convinced Brock and Laura to go eat Indian food with us last night, usually this is one of our favorites, but…this time it wasn’t. Neither of us has eaten there in over a year and they seemed to have changed their food quite a lot. Now most southern Indian food should only be ordered vegitarian because they just don’t know how to cook meat, so we got some veggie korma (veggies in cream sauce w/ nuts) and matar paneer (peas and farmers cheese in cream sauce). It wasn’t as spicy or tasty as it normally would have been. The chutney’s were different, the korma was different, the paneer was different, the only thing that was the same was the naan (bread). And for the first time we both had indegestion from it, good Indian food doesn’t give you indegestion. So we are feeling a bit guilty that we drug them along with us, suffered through the 45 min. traffic jam, made them eat food that they really didn’t want to eat, and then they very sweetly offered to pay…we owe you guys BIG!
